Potential end-use applications for General Plastics’ nylon products are many. Listed below are some of the ways in which our nylon solutions and dispersions have been utilized to improve the performance of various products.

ADHESIVES
Impermeable substrates must be bonded at fusion or cure temperatures with cast films. With adequate glue line thickness (3-5 mils) the GENTALS are superlative adhesives capable of joining metals, plastics, rubbers, glass, etc. Bond strength effective from cryogenic to 250 F.

On permeable substrates, a thin coat on each surface, joined when tacky, will result in an excellent bond.
